Close «en papillote» and set aside for later.Brush ham slices lightly with the oil and place them on the barbecue grill. Cook each side 4 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place the «papillote» on the barbecue grill and heat for 6 to 8 minutes.Serve the ham and pineapple salsa.In a skillet, melt butter and oil over medium-high and cook ham slices 3 to 4 minutes per side. Set aside and cover them.SalsaIn a bowl, combine all salsa ingredients and let stand at room temperature.

  • 1/2 cups
