In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat; break eggs separately.Using a spatula, break the yolk and mix slightly with the white.When eggs are almost cooked, flip and cook a few seconds more.Put each cooked egg on one English muffin half, top with a slice of smoked ham and cheese. Top with the other English muffin half. Serve.
