    (15 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    Salt
  • citrus marinade:

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    grapefruit juice
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    unsweetened orange juice
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    sesame seed oil
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    extra virgin olive oil
