Preheat BBQ to medium high. Preheat broiler on oven.Toss peeled shrimp in a small bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Skewer shrimp onto metal skewers.Thinly slice green onions. Set aside the white slices from the top green slices. In a small bowl combine white part of green onion slices with butter and garlic. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper and mix well to combine.Evenly divide garlic butter between bread slices. Place on a baking sheet. Toast in oven until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Cut bread slices in half.Grill shrimp on BBQ, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skewers. Evenly divide between garlic toasts. Sprinkle with reserved green onions.Source: Metro

    green onion
  • 1/4 cup
