Preheat the oven to 425°F.Cut chicken into strips.Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.Peel and slice the avocado.Dice the tomato.Toss the sweet potatoes in 2/3 of the oil in a bowl with salt and pepper.Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until desired crispiness, turning half way through.Combine chicken, 1/3 of the oil, spice mix, salt and pepper in a bowl, toss to combine.Grill over medium-high heat a few minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.Spread the sour cream over one side of the tortillas and top with cheese.Then add spinach, chicken, tomatoes and avocado.Wrap tightly and serve wraps with side of sweet potatoes.Source: Missfresh.com
