A lovely, delicious and satisfying side salad. Make sure to use a feta that is nice and creamy. It will make all the difference in this salad.In a bowl, vigorously whisk together all dressing ingredients until they emulsify. Set aside.Place all salad ingredients except for the feta in a large or salad bowl.Add dressing, mixing delicately.
