Preheat oven at 200°C/400°F. Place half of tomato slices and half of onion rounds in an 8 x 11.5 x 2 in. (20 x 29 x 5 cm) oven dish. Place the mahi-mahi filets over top and cover with the remaining tomatoes and onions. Add Feta, parsley, oregano and olives.Pour in wine and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.Cook approximately 18 to 20 minutes, until mahi-mahimeat is opaque.
