For the sauce, whisk all the ingredients together to obtain a sauce the consistency of mayonnaise.Slice the salmon into strips.For each serving, arrange the salmon strips on a plate and serve with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of vodka sauce.Or, serve the salmon on warm rusks of Irresistibles* Harvest Grain Bread and top lightly with the sauce.
