Preheat the oven at 375 °F (165 °C).Cut the Chocolate Cranberry Loaf into 1.5-cm slices.Cut each slice in half.Brush the slices of bread with olive oil.Bake one side of the slices in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes until the slices are golden brown.Place a slice of goat cheese on each crouton and return to the oven for 5 minutes.Finish with the broil setting for a nice golden color.Once out of the oven, garnish with onion confit.In a plate, place the croutons onto the arugula.Sprinkle the nuts, black pepper for taste and drizzle with honey.Serve immediately and enjoy!

    goat cheese paillot de chèvre
  • 1
    jar of onion confit

  • frosted (or natural) nuts

  • arugula

  • honey

  • olive oil

  • black pepper to taste

Preparation
