Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.Toss chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika to evenly coat.Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter to skillet. Tilt pan to evenly coat.Add chicken in an even layer, do not crowd pieces so they brown rather than steam.Cook until nicely golden brown on bottom, about 3 minutes then flip to opposite side and cook 2 minutes longer, or until nearly cooked through. You may have to cook the pieces in batches.Add remaining 2 Tbsp butter along with garlic and parsley. Cook 1 minute longer.Serve right away with Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Kale and blistered tomatoes.

  • 1 teaspoon
    italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon
    salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon

    paprika
  • 1 tablespoon
    olive oil
