Remove from the heat.Put the spices in a cheesecloth pouch.Add the fruits, vegetables and spices to the pot.Bring to boiling and allow to simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.Remove the spice bag.Sterilize glass jars.Pour the ketchup into the jars, seal, and store in the refrigerator.     red tomatoes
  • 5
    apples
  • 5
    pear
  • 7
    peach

    green bell pepper
  • 3

  • 2 cups

    vinegar
  • 1 lb

    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp.
    (8 mL)

  • 5 tsp.
    (25 mL)

Preparation
