Coleslaw : In a bowl mix all the ingredients and set aside in the fridge.Lemon yogurt : Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.Potatoes : Cut the potatoes into small cubes, rinse with cold water and pat dry. Cook potatoes in oil at 300 F for 5 minutes. Raise the temperature to 350 F and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt.Fried fish : In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sumac and salt. Add very cold sparkling water and whisk to combine. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Dip the fish fillets in the mixture and fry at 350 F for about 5-7 minutes.
