To microwavePut a microwave rack or inverted plate in a 30 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm (12" x 8" x 2") pyrex dish. Lay fish filets on the rack or plate, the thicker sides to the outside of the dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.Melt the butter or margarine in a measuring cup; add parsley and lemon juice and mix well.Pour the sauce over the filets then cover with crushed crackers and paprika.Cook at high (100% of a 650 watt oven) 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.Top with sesame seeds.Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

    (454 g)
    filets of groenland turbot or pacific cod, thawed

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    crushed whole wheat crackers
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)
    paprika

  • sesame seeds

Preparation
