Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°CMix the first six ingredients in a bowl.In another bowl, mix the maple syrup, egg and margarine. Incorporate the moist mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well.Brush a 10 x 14 in. (25 x 36 cm) rectangular cookie sheet with margarine.Spread the mixture evenly on the cookie sheet.Bake for approximately 15 min., or until cooked throughout.Cool and cut into 16 bars.
