Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).Combine flour and baking powder. Set aside.Combine brown sugar, sugar and butter in a bowl using an electric mixer.Incorporate one egg at a time and beat until you get a uniform texture.Add dry ingredients and beat again.Add pecans and chocolate chips. Mix.Shape mixture into 20 balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake for 13 to 15 minutes on middle rack of oven, turning once halfway through cooking.When edges of cookies are golden brown, remove from oven and let cool.Mix fleur de sel caramel with ice cream.Sandwich a scoop of ice cream between two cookies, serve immediately and enjoy!

    brown sugar

    salted butter, soft
  • 2

    pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)
    milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)
    white chocolate chips
  • fleur de sel caramel ice cream

  • 1/3 cup
    (85 mL)
    fleur de sel or regular caramel sauce
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)
    vanilla ice cream
