Slice vegetables. Put all vegetables except broccoli and sweet pepper in a microwave dish.Add 45-60 mL (3 to 4 Tbsp.) water. Cover with plastic wrap.Microwave.Stir during cooking. Add broccoli and sweet pepper 3 minutes before the end.Let stand 2 minutes before serving.Bring the cream of mushroom soup and the milk to a boil.Pour the sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese.Let stand a few minutes.

Preparation
