Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray ; set aside.Combine cream cheese and pepper in large bowl.Add mozzarella cheese, drained tomates and artichokes to bowl ; stir gently to combine.Place mixture in baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly .Serve with pita chips or French bread, if desired.

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)
    ground black pepper
  • 1 cup

    shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped (optional: use fresh artichokes)

  • pita chips or slice French bread (optional)
