  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    trimmed strawberries
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)
    raspberries
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    blackberries
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    water (1/2 cup if we use frozen fruits)
