Set aside.In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, green onion, garlic, salt and pepper together. Add remaining ingredients, except for pasta, and refrigerate for 30-45 min., tossing gently from time to time.Mix refrigerated preparation and pasta together.Serve with a baguette and pieces of Mamirolle cheese.
