Let sit for 15 minutes.Pre-heat the BBQ to a maximum heat.Grill your ribs on each sides, just enough to obtain nice grilling marks, then wrap each rack of ribs in a doubled aluminum foil.Turn off one side if the BBQ and place your ribs on that side.Maintain the heat to about 375°F-400°F (200°C) and cook on indirect heat about 2 hours and 45 minutes.Serve with a nice crunchy salad or a side of fries.
