For the salad:
Using a food processor, chop up the cabbage and carrots. Then, place them in a bowl and add mayonnaise, vinegar, chives, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
For the burger:
In a bowl, combine onion, bread crumbs, tofu or protein, mayonnaise, spices and egg. Mix well and form into patties.
Cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
Cut the breads and garnish them with mayonnaise and fresh basil. Serve.
