For the salad:Using a food processor, chop up the cabbage and carrots. Then, place them in a bowl and add mayonnaise, vinegar, chives, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.For the burger:In a bowl, combine onion, bread crumbs, tofu or protein, mayonnaise, spices and egg. Preparation

For the salad:
