Preheat oven to 375.Place the salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.Thinly slice the blood orange and lemon into rounds and then cut each slice in half.Layer the half-slices over top each filet, alternating between the two types.Top each filet with a couple thyme sprigs.Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is just cooked through.

  • 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.
