Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).In a pan, brown chicken breast tournedos in hot oil 5 minutes on each side.Finish cooking in the oven 15 minutes until they are well done.In the same pan, drain surplus oil and sauté leeks 2-3 minutes.Add cider, stock and apples.Continue cooking over medium heat 5 minutes.     sweet apple cider
