Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.Place tournedos on the oiled grill and barbecue 6 to 8 minutes per side. Keep warm.SauceIn a saucepan, bring sauce ingredients to a boil. Mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes and remove from heat.Pour sauce over tournedos.
