Chicken:
Preheat BBQ to 475°F
Dice chicken breast and peppers, seasoning with herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil and paprika.
Skewer chicken and peppers on 20-inch Birch skewers and grill until well done.
Sauce:
Blend peppers, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a blender until pureed.
Place in a non-stick frying pan on a low heat, adding whipping cream and cook for 15 minutes until sauce is thick and creamy.
