Gently combine and set aside.In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until you get stiff peaks. Fold the egg whites into the waffle batter.Preheat the mini waffle maker.Add any garnish ingredients you want to the batter. Pour a sufficient amount of the batter into a greased waffle maker.
