Combine milk, salt, cinnamon and maple syrup.
At the bottom of a pot, put the oatmeal and the chia seeds, then pour the milk mixture.
Close the pot and refrigerate overnight.
Upon savoring, combine the frozen fruit with the yogurt, then place the mixture on the cereals.
