Cook the linguine according to the instructions on the product and set aside.Heat the sauce over low / medium heat for 5 minutes.Combine the sauce and the drained pasta in a saucepan over medium heat.Cut the grating block into thin slices or you can grate it, depending on your preference.Divide portions into 3 ovenproof bowls and add the cheese on top of each the portions.Put the plates in the oven for 2-4 minutes on broil.Meanwhile, cut the bread, oil it with about 5 ml of olive oil and spread it out on a baking sheet.Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.Bake the bread at 450°F for 3 to 5 minutes.Arrange the plates by adding the arugula, tomatoes and a drizzle of oil.Source: Mami Vegan

    Mami Vegan sauce for spaghetti
  • 3/4 lb
    (350 g)
    linguine 3 colors
  • 1/2 bags
    Gusta grating block
  • To taste
    baby arugula
  • 12

  • 2 tablespoon
