Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.To a mid-sized casserole three-quarters filled with water, add the vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat until simmering lightly.Break an egg in a bowl and then place it carefully in the water. Cook the eggs one by one for 3 minutes each.Meanwhile, toast the English muffins in the toaster and butter them.Drain each cooked egg and place them on one half of each toasted English muffin.On each egg, add a slice of cheese. Place on an ovenware plate and let the cheese melt for a minute in the oven.In the meantime, garnish the remaining English muffin halves with salmon caviar and season.Serve immediately.
