Cook the peaches and onions with the spices and sugar, until the fruits are slightly colored.Add the water, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to the mixture.Boil about 30 minutes then remove the cinnamon stick.Canned and let cool. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Serve with red meat or pork.
