In a frying pan, heat the oil and butter, brown garlic.Cook chicken breasts 6 to 8 minutes on each side.Deglaze the frying pan with the chicken broth.Add cream and pesto, reduce by half over low heat 5 minutes.Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
