Wait one minute.Fold the omelet, wait another minute and turn it over.Continue cooking for an additional minute or more, depending on cooking taste.Put four slices of bread in the toaster.Spread two slices of bread with mayonnaise and guacamole.Cut the omelet in two and put the halves on the toasts coated with mayonnaise and guacamole.Add the peppers, tomatoes, lettuce on top.Close the two sandwiches with the remaining toasts.Enjoy

    cream (35%)
  • 1 tsp.

    water
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    grated mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    chopped chive
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    softened butter
