Marinate your steak beforehand to lock in flavour and minimize pre-grill prep-work.Preparation: 1. Scatter half the orange slices, onion slices and garlic pieces in a shallow glass baking dish. Prick the steak with a fork, sprinkle it with salt and pepper, and rest it on top of the garlic, orange and onion. Scatter the remaining orange, onion and garlic over the steak.2. Combine the beer, soy sauce, and lemon juice and pour the mixture over the steak. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or up to overnight in the fridge.3. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade. Grill over medium-high heat to desired doneness. Brush with BBQ sauce in the last few minutes.4.
