Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.Butter a cookie sheet.Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.Add the butter and cut it with 2 knives to obtain a granular texture.Add the vanilla extract to the milk.Pour the milk little by little into the flour mixture until a damp dough is formed.Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 in. (2.5 cm) on a lightly flour-covered surface.Form 8 cookies from the dough with a cookie cutter 2 1/2 in. (6 cm) in diameter.Place on the cookie sheet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.Let cool at room temperature.Separate in 2 and garnish with the lemon cream and berries.Sprinkle with icing sugar.
