Preheat the BBQ.
Remove the gills from the mushroom by scraping them off with a spoon.
Add oil on the mushrooms and season.
Cook on the BBQ for 2 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine all the tartare ingredients.
Add guacamole to two of the mushrooms.
Use a round cookie cutter to add the tartare to the mushrooms. Press down and remove the cookie cutter.
Top with alfalfa the other mushrooms.
Add the sesame seeds.
