In a large pan over medium-high heat, brown the chicken drumsticks in the olive oil. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Season.Add the peppers and prosciutto and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.Add the onion and cook for 15 minutes.Add the tomatoes and garlic, cover and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.To serve, arrange the chicken pieces on a warm plate and cover with the tomato, pepper and prosciutto mixture.
