Make incisions in the flap in the opposite direction of the fibers.In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce and rice vinegar. Brush both sides of flank steak. Marinate for 15 minutes.On a very hot barbecue (290°C or 550°F), place the flank steak on the grill and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on each side, without closing the lid.Remove flank steak from barbecue, place on a plate and cover with a second plate upside down.     Angus beef flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons
    (30 mL)
    hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon
    (15 mL)
    rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon
    (15 ml)
    sesame seed
  • 8 leaves
    Fresh mint
