    ham toupie style, cut in 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick cubes

  • Marinade
  • Maple syrup

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    ketchup
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)
    apple juice
  • 1
    pinch of cinnamon
  • 1
    pinch of clove

Preparation

Thread cubes of ham, apple and pineapple onto brochettes. Set aside. In a glass bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.

Add the brochettes, cover and marinate in the refrigerator about 15 minutes.
