Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).In a food processor, combine maple syrup, dates, oil, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.Add white beans until the mixture is smooth.Add grated sweet potatoes, ground flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, baking soda and baking powder and pulse a few seconds.Pour batter into a square and oiled mold.Spread dark chocolate chips all over the top.Bake 40-45 minutes.Avoid overcooking.The dough should look slightly soft.Cool completely before serving.
