Whisk together all dressing ingredients, except for whole raspberries. Set aside.Divide greens among 4 plates and set aside.Wrap cheese in foil and heat for 5 minutes in oven at 400°F/200°C or cover cheese with plastic wrap and heat until soft in microwave at Medium for 45 seconds.Cut cheese in slices and gently arrange over salad using a small spatula.Garnish plates with pear, arranging slices like flower petals.Sprinkle raspberry dressing over salad and garnish with whole raspberries. Serve warm.
