Use a knife to score a checkerboard pattern onto the brie rind.Place the brie in an aluminum pie pan.Add the nuts, raisins and rosemary leaves.Drizzle with the honey.Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it over the coals.Bake for approximately 20 minutes.Serve on crackers or a baguette.
