Preheat barbecue to medium.In a glass bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Set aside.Cut each cutlet in two lengthwise and thread onto long skewers.Baste brochettes with sauce and grill 3 minutes per side over indirect heat.Baste brochettes during cooking.
