Preheat the oven to 182°C (360°F).
Remove the skin from the drumsticks.
Cover the drumsticks with slices of maple flavoured bacon.
Place the drumsticks in a deep ovenproof dish.
Pour the frozen cranberries, maple syrup, ginger, and balsamic vinegar on top of the drumsticks.
Add the cranberry juice in the bottom of the dish and rosemary sprigs on top.
Season the drumsticks with pepper.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 2 hours. Baste the drumsticks every 30 minutes.
Remove the aluminum for the last 30 minutes to ensure the drumsticks become golden brown.
