Preheat the barbecue to medium.Brush turkey brochettes with 1/4 cup (60 mL) herb dressing, cook 6 minutes, turning from time to time.In a salad bowl, shred romaine lettuce; top with bacon, parmesan; add croûtons.Pour the rest of the herb dressing on the salad just before serving.To oven-cook:Preheat the oven to 375°F (180°C).Brush turkey brochettes with 1/4 cup (60 mL) herb dressing.In a hot frying pan, sear brochettes on all sides.Finish cooking in the oven 10 to 12 minutes.

    chopped oregano
  • 1 Tbsp.

    cooked crumbled bacon

    (45 mL)
    grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup
