Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.Oil the fillets and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.Sauce:In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients, except the cheese.Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.Add cheese and mix well.Top fillets with sauce and serve.

    turkey breast fillets
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    extra virgin olive oil
  • tarragon cheese sauce

  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    chicken concentrate
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    white wine
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    fresh chopped tarragon

Preparation
