Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).In a large bowl, combine the turkey, vegetables, 250 mL (1 cup) of shredded cheese, bread, and herbs.In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, salt and pepper.Pour the mixture into a bowl with the bread and combine until coated.Pour into a 22 x 30 cm (9 x 11 in.) baking pan greased with a bit of oil.Spread the cranberry sauce evenly on top of the bread mixture and top with the remaining cheese.Bake in the oven on the middle rack for 45 minutes.Serve with hot gravy.
