Place SunRype Slim® Tropical Mango beverage, mango chunks and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly until bubbling and thickened; about 6-7 minutes. Pour mixture into a bowl to cool.Meanwhile, to make streusel topping, heat coconut oil and pecans in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until pecans are lightly toasted. Stir in Corn Flakes and instant oatmeal. Cook further 1-2 minutes until pecans are light golden. Spread mixture onto a parchment lined plate and chill to harden.Divide mango filling between 4 small glasses. Layer each with 1/4 cup yogurt. Top each glass with 1/4 of streusel. Drizzle each glass with more yogurt and garnish with sliced mango.
