STEP ONE :Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add in your package of Tagliatelle pasta. Cook to package direction.STEP TWO :Peeled and diced the Vegetables the same size. Cut the garlic.STEP THREE :In a large, deep skillet, add in 2 tablespoons of Olive oil. Add the diced vegetables and smashed garlic. Sauté until vegetables are almost cooked through.STEP FOUR :Add in the ground beef or turkey to the skillet and cook until browned. Deglaze the pan with red wine. Add in the Hunt’s Heirloom Diced Italian Herb and regular Hunt’s Heirloom Diced to the mixture.STEP FIVE :Strain pasta and set aside for plating. Let the beef and tomato sauce simmer for 15 mins to thicken.STEP SIX :Serve Bolognese sauce over pasta.
