In a hot pan, sear the turkey cubes in the vegetable oil.Combine the curry paste and the coconut milk in the slow cooker.Place the turkey cubes in the sauce and cover them with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.Cook on LOW for 4 hours. At the end of the cooking process, allow to rest for approximately 15 minutes before serving with steamed rice.

Preparation
