For the marinade :
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and pour the mixture into an airtight bag with the steaks.
Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
For the butter:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture in the middle of a clear plastic wrap and roll it up tightly. Make sure both ends are sealed.
Put the butter in the fridge.
Cut into slices and melt onto hot steaks.
